Hi, I have been enjoying my soundwear. Works great with my iphone, music, videos and Facetime. However, every time I try to do a video or audio call with the Viber app it does not work. In settings, it still shows I am connected.

Have you tested Viber with another Bluetooth speaker? Does it present the same issue?
Let's try a reset of your SoundWear:
Can you also clear the paired device list and re-pair to your iPhone?

Yes it works with other bluetooth headphones such as my Airpods. I will try the reset and unpairing later when I get home and update. Thanks.
Unfortunately did ot work. I even checked to be sure I had the latest update. Would have been perfect if it did. Still have to carry the Airpods when using the Viber app. Hopefuly this will be fixed with a future soudwear firmware update.

I don't have my soundwear at work right now but it was the latest done through the Bose connect app. My IOS is 11.2.5 and my iPhone is the 8 plus.

This issue still exists on the latest version of viber. When placing a call on mobile or wifi the bluetooth is inexplicably disconnected after a single ring. I haven't found a resolution for this online at all. I wished there was an app to force it to stay connected.
