Just received my WAVE MUSIC SYSTEM BACK FROM A SERVICE REPAR

 

Bose product name :WAVE MUSIC SYSTEM 

 

Country USA 

 

I am posting this to offer my sincere thanks beyond verbal expression to the Bose customer and repair service team.

It’s been truly A++++ world class customer service from the first phone call to the final delivery.

Turn around was less than 2 weeks !

Every single commitment was precisely represented and the team went far and beyond my service requests  to provide a fully repaired  tested updated  unit , even went as far has to replace the unit housing !

 Wow !

 I can't believe  the 5 Star 5 Diamond service I received for A UNIT OUT OF WANRANTY !

 I feel I practically received a brand new unit !

 Thank you Thank you Thank you !!!

 

 I HIGHY RECOMMEND BOSE TO EVERYONE AND WILL CONTIUNE TO PURCHASE BOSE PRODUTS FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE !
