Bose S1 input jack failure

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce: My dog tip over and which bent tip of XLR cable. Only gets sound if I wiggle the input jack. 

Can the input jack be replaced? If so can I purchased the part and solder?


When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?


Additional gear used (e.g. instruments, mics, FX pedals, etc.)

Where did you experience the issue? (e.g. home, bar, performance hall, etc.)


Any troubleshooting steps you took


What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on? (Samsung Galaxy S9 on Android 11, iPhone X on iOS14, etc.)

I would not suggest undertaking this repair yourself. Your best option here would be to either book in a repair via the website, or alternatively calling our customer support team on 1-800-379-2073.
