Lifestyle 535 couldn't add the speaker to SoundTouch account.😢

535 system shows that the network is normal🤔

Tried Windows /Mac /ios

I created a new SoundTouch account and still can’t solve the problem

I tried SoundTouch WIFI and Ethernet but still can’t connect
