Soundbar 500

Hi I bought a bose Soundbar 500 and from the first time after serval time the sound cuts off. To come back as normal I discovered that I have to go in the TV settings and select the already selected soundbar, or also now I discover that I have to press the mute TV remote button and volume up. The sound those not cut off regularly but at various times. Also it's cut off when only connected into eARC.
The TV is the Philips 65″ Ultra HD Android LED TV with Ambilight – 65PUS8556.
Like that is annoying and in the arc I loose some better sound.
TV and the Soundbar are update, also changed the hdmi in new one at 8k and at the first time I watch a hole movie but in the evening it's happened again I I got to do the annoying thing for about 4-6 times in a movie.

I tried cec, sleep settings to never from both TV and sb. Change hdmi, changes to eARC to ARC.
