Pair hearphones to windows 10 laptop

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

I have been able to pair my hearphones to my Dell laptop but they do not appear as an output option in sound settings. Computer will output sound to internal speaker but not to hearphones.

What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

To confirm, are you trying to connect the Bose Hearphones, or was that a typo meant to state 'headphones'? Either way, you'll need to make sure that your product is in pairing mode, to be found by your Windows 10 laptop. You can usually do this by holding the Bluetooth button on the product for about three seconds. Also, be sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your laptop to make the connection.
