My wireless Bose earphones do not sit in the case fully and thus don't charge. They wiggle. In order to get them to charge, I must tape them, with the tape pulling outward, so that they connect to the charging pins. I feel that my case has a design flaw. However, I have been deployed for so long I am most definitely out of the warrantee period. A quick look at my earbuds and case would indicate there has been no wear / damage and that it is a factory defect.
