Bose has agreed to replace my earbuds but I will have to wait for at least 2 weeks to receive the replacement. I don't understand why I should be inconvenienced. I used these for work everyday and now for the next 2 or more weeks I will have to find another solution until the new ones are sent to me. So that means I will have to spend more money on another pair of earbuds just to compensate. This doesn't make any sense to me. Thanks alot Bose..I definitely expected more from you guys
