Bose product name: Bose CQ 35 II

Country: Finland

Firmware Version: 4.8.1

App Version: 16.0

What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on: Works fine on Android 10 phone, IOS 14 iPad and Macbook Air Laptop.

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce:

This is issue first arouse right after reinstalling Windows 10 (21H1 Build 19043.1151) using media creation tool.

I use a BCM920702 Bluetooth 4.0 adapter which had worked flawlessly until Windows was reinstalled.

The problem is when I put my headset and PC into parring mode, only the Hands Free variant of the headset shows up. While using this variant the audio stutters and cuts out every second. The usual stereo variant is not visible when parring.

What environment do you experience the issue in?:  Quiet Kitchen

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?: Issue arouse after reinstalling Windows 10 using Microsoft's media creation tool. The headset worked previously on Windows 10, Linux and all my other devices.

Any troubleshooting steps you took:

- Reinstalled Windows 10, using media creation tool

- Reinstalled Bluetooth drivers

- Updated Headset firmware

- Configured Playback and Recordings tab in Sounds
