Hello, I purchased the Bose Sleepbuds I about year ago. I was very satisfied with them until they suddenly stopped working about six months ago. Then they were removed from the market all together. I still have the non-functioning ones and would like to exchange them for the new model (at no cost to me). Is that possible? I'm a huge Bose fan and was very disappointed when the Sleepbuds stopped working, and then the product was deleted. I'm in Bucharest, Romania. Can you help me?
