Google Assistant Supported for CHILE. Home Speaker 300

Seem Google assistant is not available for home speaker 300 in Chile, SouthAmerica
However Google assistant is available on most other similar products in Chile, and also google assistant is available in country. Why isn't available?

Hope you can update ASAP the software, it is very disappointed to buy this product and realize that is not so smart with this feature available.

Thanks for reaching out to the community. 

I do apologise but on our WiFi Speakers at this time, they do not have Google Assistant integration available within Chile. Sorry for any disappointment this provides. If we get any information regarding the expansion of Google Assistant on our speakers within Chile we will be sure to inform the Community.

After doing some research knowing Alexa was not available for Chile and being a Bose user for some years I decided to get the HS 500, just to find that I got a pricey dumb speaker that sounds great.

By the way the store Bose SME failed to emphasize that if I first didn't update SW on the speaker I would be able to link with the app, it took me a couple of frustrating hours to find this through internet search.

I feel somehow disappointed 🤨😟

Hi, I am from Chile. I have bought a Bose Home 300 thinking Google Assistant was supported. For my sorprise, for my country it is not ... really I am very very upset, I would like to know if Bose have a calendar open country's support for Google Assistant. Please a answer because I will return my Bose because I feel scamed.

I recently got my Bose Home Portable Speaker. and of course I am delighted with the sound quality.

The reason of this post is because  google assistant is still not support for Chile, I know there are some related post discussing this but they from 2019 so I would like to hear from the Bose Support when are they planning to support the voice assistant to more countries, I feel somehow disappointed that my speaker is not able to use this feature just for the location.

I am sorry that you are disappointed. We are actively working to bring voice assistants to more regions via Bose products. I am sorry but I do not have any updates as to when this will be, but I can assure you we are working to improve our products every day!
