Recording entire mix direct from Bose t8s

I have myself thoroughly confused and need some help.  I am trying to record the ENTIRE mix delivered into my Bose t8s. I have all 8 Bose t8s channels filled AND a Yamaha mixer delivering 3 other inputs to Aux IN 9.  I currently am trying to record AUX OUT 1 & 2 to my Zoom h4n Pro but am only getting the Bose t8s channels 1-8 NOT the input from Aux IN 9.  I want to capture the entire mix.  How do I do that?  Do I need to connect my recorder to the R & L Main XLR outputs?  I do have a PC with Ableton Live.  If I connect the PC will it capture the entire mix including the Aux IN 9 mixer input?  What would you recommend?  Thanks!!
