What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S9 on Android 11, iPhone X on iOS14, etc.)

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

Used it for a gig last week and it was perfect.

Any troubleshooting steps you took

Used my L1 Compact at a gig last week and it performed perfectly.

However, when I got it home and plugged it in there was a buzzing sound from the instrument channel even when nothing else is connected.

The noise increases as the volume is turned up, to the extent that the green light comes on after about half way.

When I touch a metal part of the casing the noise decreases slightly.

I have another L1 Compact (to run my keyboard in stereo) and have even swapped the mains lead and also plugged my other one into the same outlet in desperation, but no difference.

Any help/ advice gratefully received!

Many thanks in advance.

Re: L1 Compact Buzzing one channel

Hey gd47,

Welcome to the Bose forum! Thanks for joining us.

Make sure that none of the power cables and audio cables are running alongside each other to prevent interference and buzz.

Also, try testing the L1 Compact without the extensions connected - does the buzzing sound persist?
