Bose TV Speaker - Firmware update for Remote Issues

Hey everyone,

 

Yesterday we released a new firmware update for the Bose TV Speaker. This update fixes an issue where some remotes were unintentionally controlling the volume of the Bose TV Speaker. You can find instructions on how to update here.

 

This should resolve this issue for you, but if you update and still run into an issue please let us know!

Hi There

My Remote is not functioning. I need to send it to a service centre. Cannot find any in New Delhi. Preferably south delhi. Plz help
