I also have issues with it loosing the picture.  Is there an update to fix it?

I’m using a 6 gen iPad and a iPhone 12 mini with updated 15.2 iOS.

the picture just goes away and I have to reset it.  Home use, unsure what app version I have or firmware of the system.
