I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing some Bluetooth issues with your SoundDock 10 Bluetooth Digital Music System.
I would first recommend resetting the system. You can do this by following these steps:
If an iPod is docked, remove it from the dock
Unplug the SoundDock power cord from the back of the unit. Wait 10 seconds
Reconnect the power cord. There will be an audible beep immediately after power is first connected
Retest the system
Once you have done this, please let me know if you continue to encounter this problem.
