proprietary cable replacement

I love my Bose Sopranos sunglasses! I've tried the competition and their all crap. I wouldn't say the Sopranos couldn't improve, I really hate that the charging cable is proprietary and I've just broken mine. Yes Apple does this but my guess is there's a reason why they don't have a mini usb-c or the original mini USB cable.

I hope someone at Bose sees my post and will mail me a replacement cable since I just got the glasses 3 months ago.🙏

Re: proprietary cable replacement

Hello Rossangeles,

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Bose Community!

I am sorry but this is a peer to peer based forum and we are unable to confirm stock levels. The best option here would be to reach out to your local customer support center and explore the stock availability within your region. You can do this by clicking this link here, selecting your region from the list, scrolling to the bottom of the page and selecting 'contact Us'.

I hope this helps.
