Poor customer service

My Bose glasses have failed

 

I spent an hour on the phone with Bose, a man named Axel, who eventually determined that I needed to return them   He promised to send me a ticket to arrange collection

 

and, of course, did not!

 

Customer Service???

 

what now? any bright ideas?
