What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S9 on Android 11, iPhone X on iOS14, etc.)
A20 Headsets ranging from 2 to 6 years old.
Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce
We have SiriusXM satellite radio in our general aviation plane and are unable to hear the radio feed while using our A20 headsets. We are able to hear the feed clearly while using other competitive headsets as Lightspeed.
What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)
While flying which, for us, is below 10,000 ft.
When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?
It worked correctly previously but we’ve had this issue for the past few months.
Any troubleshooting steps you took
Pushed all the buttons, changed settings, plugged/unplugged, new batteries, etc.
